However you’ve found your way here — through a scroll, a conversation we've had or a feeling you couldn’t ignore — I’m so glad you’ve arrived.

This space is for you, especially if you're standing in what I call the messy middle — that tender stretch of life where your own body is moving through perimenopause, while your child is finding their way through adolescence. Two journeys unfolding at once — both raw, both sacred.  Two transitions. Two becoming stories. 

In our online mentoring sessions, I hold space for you to pause, reconnect, and gently come home to yourself.  Together, we’ll reflect, unravel, and remember gently but powerfully — so you can hear yourself again, trust your inner compass, and return home to the woman within the mother.  I invite you to pause, breathe, and come home to yourself. To be seen. To mirror and be mirrored. To explore what it means to soften into change — not in spite of it, but through it.   In these sessions we can gently begin to remove the mask — the one you wear to hold it all together. Here, you don’t have to. Here, you’re allowed to just be. 

When we do this work, we don’t just heal ourselves — we shine brighter for our children. We become the lighthouse: steady, rooted, and guiding. 

Using a variety of tools, I guide you in creating the right internal environment — a kind of inner engineering — working with the four dimensions of your being: your body, your mind, your emotions, and your energy. Together, we explore what it means to meet your own needs with compassion and awareness, so you can move through this season with more ease and clarity, because when you begin to tend to yourself in this way, something shifts — not just in you, but around you.

£60 - 1st online session for 60 minutes (but allow for 75 as they often go over).

£90 - Subsequent sessions 60 minutes. Block booking of sessions can also be discussed.
