Helping our TEENS to design their life and learning.

The journey to deciding to home educate or support our teen too anxious to go to school is, for many of us, not one that we thought we would be needing to take when our child first started school. For whatever reason that has lead you to this space I want to reassure you that you are not alone. As a home educating parent/supporting my teen to return to school myself I wanted to CREATE a framework to support my children with their education but that also gave them autonomy, independence and a sense of empowerment to “design their life and learning”.  I have spent the last 19 years in education holding a variety of roles including a mainstream secondary teacher, lead on alternative education, a registered alternative provision mentor, online head of year and home educating parent. This is a space I felt called to create to share tools, resources and guidance to help you and your child be leaders in your own rights through your educating journey together.  We’ve got this!
